Good Evening,

I am Rear Admiral Shepard of the 46th Liberty Navy Fleet. Last week I was able to make my way to Coronado to visit the standing Yellowstone Battlegroup. Since I was recently appointed this rank I like to see things first hand rather than read a report. I will also open this communication for your eyes to read to show my good faith. I believe our relationship is crucial for the peace of the independent worlds we share a border with along with Crayter Space as a whole.

My visit didn't stay friendly for to long since Outcasts decided to raid that day and I was able to see how our battlegroup functions with the Crayter Military. I will be honest I was quite impressed by the level of communication and teamwork from both of our Militaries. The Outcasts stood no chance at the coordination and will of our people.

With this in mind I come to offer an opportunity to further strengthen our bond. Visiting Coronado gave me the chance to see Sabah Shipyard and I have noticed a lot of your ships require maintenance and armaments to get them back into the field. It is my hope you will accept aid in this matter and I can and will route supplies.
