Freelancer HD "Vanilla" Campaign SP Playthrough

This is awesome! Just one question. I can't seem to get the FLMM mods to work. I quite like using the beam weapon mod to make quick work of the missions to save time. Changing the directory to the FreelancerHD directory in AppData does not seem to work. Any advice?

EDIT: Sort of got it working minus the excessive energy consumption. Better than the standard Justice Cannons!
