Why do you not like player owned bases

1. Usually I play out of the prime-time and most players at that time are engaged in supplying POBs instead of pvp/rp. It's hard to interact with a guy who wants to haul more and faster as possible. I feel those who starting their POB become hostages of it, a significant part of their playtime goes there without any positive outcome as I see it: most of POB-crafted goods can be bought from players, grinding is available via trading - you don't need POB for that, any solo-player started POB has high chance of being destroyed pretty soon. I'd like to play with people, not with POBs.
   
2. ooRP/inRP influence. ooRP, any group-of-players started POB has high chance of being an invincible base of operations almost anywhere against a weaker/inactive group of players (Kusari for example). There may be multiple bases. At the same time inRP POBs may be "hidden", have "experimental technologies", be "the center of illegal trade in the sector", while ooRP nobody cares about and it's not disrupting any neutral/fawful activites, no in-game activity is build around it, it's just a docking ring in certain point of space. I don't like this disbalance/abuse.
   
3. As you mentioned here, POB's HP bar is huge. I'm sure POBs should be allowed to attack 24/7 with all positive and negative outcomes of this change. All you have to do now is to supply it early in the morning and don't piss off your neighbors. Dislike silly siege rules, outside of which the POB is invincible again.
