my research vessel the "New Horizon" is equipped with a cloaking device for self-protection. To change this for every trip to Gallia would mean a very big effort for me and would only waste resources unnecessarily.

Therefore I would like to ask for the permission to use the carrier with a claoking device in your territories.

I will not use this device unless there is a significant danger to the crew or the ship.
