My name is Lillian Genda, currently operating out of an independent research outpost overlooking the phenomenom occurring within the Omicron-Tau border systems. Browsing through the neuralnet and monitoring the odd broadcast that manages to break through the interference out here in the middle of nowhere has brought your organization to my attention. I have extensive experience with regards to the "strange" and "unexplainable" from my former employer's explorations into the unknown regions of Sirius space.
