Admiral Shepard,

Prudent materials would be robotics, hull segments, and major compounds and raw materials, such as copper and titanium. While ISE procures many materials, they do so as a civilian firm, which usually requires border checks, scans, and other measures that ultimately slows material income. If you can work around some of these limitations for material procurement, then it would both help supply our engineers as well as lighten the load on ISE's transport captains.

It's also interesting that you mention an interest in our outdated vessels. I believe the Navy was working with the Military or the Ministry of Trade to coordinate expansions to our 'Deimos'-class platforms, perhaps even the 46th itself. I'm not quite sure where those efforts are in terms of progress, but Crayter can indeed provide compensation for supplies in the form of a hulk. Again, I'm fairly certain this wouldn't be the first time the Navy has taken an interest in Crayter's designs, and I highly doubt it will be the last.

The next time you find yourself near Sabah, I can see about Mr. McNalen organizing a showcase for any particular hull you believe the Navy can make use of.

For those we left behind.
