During our recent investigations into Carina's rebel forces, it has come to our attention that Borderworld Exports, commonly referred to as Bowex, has remained one of her primary suppliers of arms, equipment, and materiel. We cannot continue to ignore these activities. Effective immediately, all Bowex ships are subject to search and siezure of cargo and/or assets. This will continue Borderworld Exports can prove to our satisfaction that they have ceased supplying Carina's rebellion against His Majesty.

Please be assured that this order in no way affects any shippers besides Bowex. All other Bretonian and foreign corporations, as well as civilian traders will not be harrassed in any way. It is not our intention to disrupt free trade in any way.

Also, though it barely merits our notice, I wish to respond to the Golden Chrysanthemums. Have you considered that Bretonia is currently at war with Kusari? I assure you that Carina's 'alliance' with you is strictly a matter of convenience, that she will drop the moment it becomes politically expedient to do so. Please keep in mind that we have no quarrel with your people, so long as you remain out of our affairs. Besides, it seems to me that you have enough problems in your own backyard, without getting involved with someone else's internal politics.
