Buenas Tardes,

Fiorella Arianna de Marco, I am pleased to make your aquaintance, but I must say that my intentions are not to make it difficult for other Outcasts and also my communication was to just stir up some old enemies, and to be honest the old enemies are not stopping most shipments.
The Liberty Navy is very scarce at the moment and also, I do have some freelance scouts, who have been my eyes and ears for a short while.

I do hope that other Outcasts can see that we are trying to make our nation greter than it already is and more powerful. And to do this, we must all bond together and come up with some plans to increase our nation and eventually make our enemies realise that we are not to be underestimated.

If it makes you feel better we can meet and discuss some things that might make you understand what we are all about, and what we can do to help our other Outcast Brothers and Sisters to survive.
