The Ministry is in favor of the deportation of common criminals of Libertorian nationality back to house Liberty only once their value, be it strategic or as workforce, has been assessed and deemed not worth the trouble of potentially overcrowding Fuchu's capabilities. Additionally, deportations back to house Liberty shall only occur when 90% of capabilities are already occupied. Beyond this, the Ministry sees no issue in greenlighting your endeavor.
