Howdy all,

I've had occasion to finally get myself out to the lower Omicrons, accompanying a friend for business reasons. Since they expect to be in the area for a little while, I've taken the opportunity to look around in earnest and perform up-to-date reconnaissance of the systems adjoining Delta, as well as Delta itself.

The scale of some of the alien constructions out here, they're massive. Laying eyes on them, it leaves me marveling at the sort of organizational and societal structure it would have taken to orchestrate building megastructures on this scale. A particular structure in the Palau cloud in Delta dwarfs even The Ring over New Berlin. It's all so new to me!

In addition, I'd located what appeared to be another unstable anomalous breach in the Tokelau cloud. Several other ships appear to have already been caught in it's wake - no life signs. That was a clear enough sign for me to stay the heck away, notwithstanding what else we know. At each of these various locations, I deployed some passive scanner buoys to keep an eye on things and check for any updates. Unsure how long they'll last before radiation takes 'em, though, they're not purpose-built.

I'll let you know if I receive any interesting readings. The Plover is sadly deficient in the active scanner department.
