Noob questions regarding Zoner lore and IDs

It is sold at Outworlder NPC bases. Judging from your reaction, it hasn't seen much use recently.

My mistake, I checked in singleplayer where it's labeled as the discontinued Zoner Guard ID (for whatever reason). Regardless, it still seems to either be an incorrectly labeled Zoner Militant ID or it's correctly labeled Outworlder Assembly but incorrectly has the Militant ID lines. Might be worth asking an admin about that.

The IFF infocard still suggests that there is no direct connection between the Outworlders and the Zoner Militants.
