To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Alice Dee. We briefly met today in the Tau-23 system near the Ikarus modular installation. You will likely have picked up on my IFF, thus I would like to introduce myself formally. I am working for the Bretonian Intelligence Service, specifically the BIS Overseer branch. The primary objective of this organization is watch our watchers, while we secondarily also assist the Kingdom of Bretonia and its allies in the Tau region.

Today, on my way to the Tau-31 system, I couldn't help but notice the increased activity near the whatchamacallits that just so happen to appear near the Ikarus installation, so I tried to investigate the situation. You likely witnessed yourself how this went.

I am quite interested in finding out more about the situation in Tau-23 and the involved parties, but I must admit that I have not much information about your group, those anomalies in Tau-23 and anything related to both. As such, I would like to ask for an introduction, and would certainly appreciate any information that can be shared.
