"Your background on Denver I had thought of before I arrived," replied Kosugi. "The picture though. It is not uncommon for Kusarians to get involved with people from other houses and groups so more often we see changes in facial features and such. The eyes in that picture just gave me the final touch."
He then stood up and bowed to Sonja. "If you will excuse me, I have work to do.
Before Kosugi left, Doc added to it with a smile, "I think some recovery time on Denver is in order. I have some contacts their and you will have seclusion while there."
Kosugi nodded to Doc with an approving smile and left. Doc then turned to Sonja still smiling.

"It is all set up. Tomorrow morning it will all begin." His smile subsided. "As for today, there is work to be done for me. Nurse Kelly will be looking in on you and will be your caretaker and yes, you will have one while here as a patient. You will see me briefly in the morning."

He then escorted her back to her quarters where a middle aged woman was waiting. She introduced herself as Kelly where Doc parted ways to go about his work. He was a man of his word as he would not again see her until the following morning. Nurse Kelly had her duties as well as she checked in on Sonja several times throughout the day. Sonja pretty much had a day to herself. It would be this day that she realized just how busy a man he was.
