Stepping forward, she pulled herself up, leading him in a slow, controlled twirl that elicited a playful smile upon her lips. Taking two steps back, she allowed him to twirl once again, this time gracefully encircling her.

In one swift motion, she hooked her leg around his while using her unnatural strength to keep him from falling down. As they moved in slow harmony, their connection deepened as Damien was learning how to dance, transcending words and melting into the artistic language of the tango.
