Salutations Admiral,

After my short leave away, I can see that the situation in Pennsylvania has escalated beyond anything that I was expecting, with the Zoners putting up some stiff resistance and also the fact they have attacked Liberty Forces, who were trying to calm the situation before the landing on Erie, truly disgusts me.

After lengthy talks with VANGUARD, I am issueing certain assets from the Armada to bolster Raptors within Virginia, who will be based there during the next four days initiating a blockade of the system to deter any smugglers.
I will be making sure some Capital vessels will also be diverted to Omicron NU, who will patrol the system and make sure there is nothing unusual going on that would endanger Liberty.

I am very concerned about the opening up of the Supergate in Virginia to civilian vessels and it opens up also opportunities for other entities to flaunt this, and possibly enter Liberty through the backdoor so to speak.
This will put pressure slightly on our resources, but I am sure our operatives will do their best as always to keep the civilians of our Republic safe as possible.

Initiating this blockade operation that VANGUARD will be in charge of, and also myself in charge of the other forces can help us to control the situation as it stands.
