Eh, that's pretty tame to what I'd consider "very personal".
Also "professional" for an unpaid mod position dealing with idiots going out of their way to try and find loopholes just so they can be an ass, which also happens to be their entire personality such as in Sally's case?
Eh, I'm pretty certain almost everyone can agree with cutting Karst some slack here
It isn't exactly hard work to reply in a constructive neutral tone, most staff are very good at that - staff are trying to make the mod more popular, the community better - when Individual staff members write publicly especially in a thread like this they represent both the mod and other staff - they should lead by example as most do, not go down to the same level and lash out at bad behaviour with personal attacks and bad behaviour of their own - it's just, well, unnecessary.
