The Zoner POB in Driftwood Fields is not an ooRP thing - it is purely an inRP matter and a development related to the outcome of an event where a number of Zoner transports successfully got there.
The communication is addressed to 'Zoner Resistance Members', i.e. Zoners who radically disagree with the occupation of planet Erie.
The Zoners are a decentralized movement and there is no unified position nor unified command. Which Zoner wants to get involved - can; which doesn't - doesn't have to.
Can you clarify? This is a PoB in-game, exists there normally, is inPoB list. Can Lawfuls e.g. declare siege on the derelict, rp around it, or we have to pretend it doesn't exist/would be called out for metagaming? Hilariously, it's white to Navy and it could dock at least yesterday :]
And I'd also like to urge Lib Gov to reply to Zoners to add some sense to this story. Zoners put in lot of effort, it should be reciprocated IMO.
