Harabero wasn't sure how to take it. Not that he could, if he wanted to. That was... beyond his capabilities. They had little presence there, and besides, he didn't have the jurisdiction to do something like that if he wanted. He wiped away his incredulous look and shook his head.

You ask of things beyond me. I have the will of several Dons and cartels, but this is... too much. That would be a decision by the council of Dons, as it is an entire station - to grant full authority would be out of my range. I simply could not have the authority to do so even if I so desired.

Besides, our presence there isn't exactly large either. Santa Verna is an odd station in an odd area. There was no reason for us to have a major presence there, and it is mostly run by... those "spirit worshippers" as you said.
