Bluebirds and Furnaces each have a 1% drop chance from NPC bomber spawns, such as the ones in Shikoku that run between the prison and Junyo. There's no special magic to it, you simply kill them until they drop. I'm sure someone out there will have all of the spawn locations to hand.
