Daumann makes a PoB 10k away from Vogtland. Hessians make a piracy demand, as the base is a transport. Daumann pays. Hessians cannot do anything about the Daumann base in visual range of Vogtland.
That's on them - they had all the time in the world to take it down when it was core 1+2. Core 3s have to have a good amount of visible forum roleplay. If anything it will force people you know - to log their factions and undock one time at least , oh the terror
