I think you reacted to the post in the Attack Declaration Thread, right?
That's an ooRP forum. You're not aware iRP of a siege going to happen, because as you precisely said, no RP is required for a Core 1 beforehand. So neither did anyone contact you as base owner iRP nor did they have to make a RP post themselves (which if you cited in your RP, would be the metagaming Saronsen meant).
