Answer to Question 1: No I don't shadowlog miners or traders because that would mean to use a lot of precious time on waiting for each individual to log at a specific time and i personally can't afford that much time to waste like that anymore.

2: Nobody, and i mean nobody who had interactions with me complained about me instantly demanding money or killing them. I like to think i give everyone equal chances at having fun before i let my guns do the talking in case i don't get paid. That doesn't apply for the minority who has a special hatred for the pirates and offers them piss poor encounters, more or less asking to get deleted for 1 hour from the system. Does that have to do anything with the PoBs? Absofückinglutely not. You or anyone else adding this matter into a whole different subject is you basically screaming from the depths of your lungs that 2+2=5. So stop it.
^edit: The same also doesn't apply when the traders in question are impulsing away when i demand them to stop for a quick talk. You move you die since i know what your intentions are.

To me personally, the base was becoming a threat as it continued to grow and the RP that was done for it's permit was done with SCRA not with RHA, who's base is in the vicinity of. The deal between them and SCRA was simple, dont screw around with houses on our turf which they ignored the moment they allowed corporations to dock and do ore runs from there. RHA saw the threat and acted accordingly. You wanna see it as oorp reason thats fine, but dont go accusing everyone and everything if all you want to see is your side of this.
