All effort you've put into defending that base are posting on forums. Maybe you should reconsider such meaningless allocation and building in a potentially volatile environment with local unlawful faction with access to large caps.

You are building something destroyable and the moment you deploy it - you accept all the consequences of such action. Including the necessarity to defend it and probability of it being destroyed.

P.S. The less clogged the server is with PoBs - the better.
