Your Character's Name and Surname: Bill Curtis Brief Character Biography: Well, I was born California, in the Planet California Minor in the year 800 when Planetform had not yet completed terraforming, which occurred in 826 and I was already practicing my knowledge acquired in the Faculty of Interplanetary Structures of Terraforming for Human Environments.
