It is usually not the nature of these special permits to apply to a whole organization, however the Ministry relayed to us that we may make an exception for you. Seeing as the Starfliers still hold a clean criminal record, we see no issue broadening the scope of the special permit for Jump Drive operations.

For the permit of an undefined amount of "Bustard"-class vessels and the related special permits for Jump Drive operations on a permanent basis, the Ministry determines three billion credits to be a generous offer.
