Presently, the Starfliers will only ever operate one "Bustard"-Class vessel, this license alteration should include all ships with the '\S/' designation signature. Your generous offer is quite a hefty sum, being that I would very much like to have my company officially registered for legal operations in all the Houses, this sum will be paid eventually. We have just introduced a new revenue source, this may be the time to get our pilots flying so we can afford this. I thank the Empire of Kusari and the Ministry for looking over my request.
