Allow me to present myself as Ryūchō (竜長 - Dragon Leader) Okazaki, the chief Sensei of the recently created division within the Blood Dragons, known as Yūmō Ronin. Throughout our various encounters, particularly when operating under the codename 'Kodachi,' I have consistently emphasized the qualities we are dedicated to restoring in the integrity of the Blood Dragons, which certain Dragons appear to have overlooked.

Together, we have undertaken numerous interactions, including targeted escort missions aimed at safeguarding your logistics. It was only a matter of time before I sent this transmission to the Golden Chrysanthemums, given the nature of our collaborative efforts. I trust that you are well aware of our interdependence in this quest of justice, as we patiently anticipate the moment to hand out retribution upon the traitors who have been poisoning Kusari for centuries. I want to assure you that I still remember your request for joint improvement in combat skills to enhance our collective methods. We plan to fulfill this request when the right opportunity presents itself.

In essence, we must avoid neglecting one another, while upholding the integrity of our individual essential diplomatic relations. Dragons under my leadership remain loyal to the cause, and have not forsaken the virtues that some seem to have forgotten. Our aim is to remedy this twisted perception. Furthermore, to complement the earlier introduction during our meeting, I am now presenting additional information that might pique our mutual interest. This information concerns the newly reported creation of a newborn subbranch of the Zaibatsu, identified as the Senkaku Regional Division, affiliated with Samura. Nevertheless, their self-proclaimed identity isn't particularly remarkable. They're lapdogs, regardless.

The reality is that they have rapidly, and seemingly covertly established a modular installation within the Baffin system, located close to Tau-29, and are eager to exploit resources right under the Zoners' noses. Even though they were not well-received given their mutual hostilities, I believe they might soon try to initiate some form of truce, if they haven't already. Although the Dragons lack the resources to strike this installation from afar, you are aware that together, we can obstruct their activities and exact a heavy toll for these malicious intentions. Attached to the transmission are supplementary details to prevent unnecessary repetition. I await your response, and thoughts on the matter. We are eager to collaborate as intended.
