The basic premise is that Liberty is a paradise where rich and poor alike can go to and enjoy the best life in Sirius: top grade commercial goods, highly competent police and military to protect you, a thriving economy despite the wars other houses were plunged into, etcetera.

What your/the Zoners should know by now is that the things I outlined above are just a way of hiding the rotten, utterly corrupt and without any remorse leaders of the Republic that are doing their best to continue remaining on top of Sirius economically and militarily (Ageira with their tech monopoly, LN with their gigantic space guns, etc)

I am positive you understand my perspective, especially since you have been around for far longer than I have and thus likely know Liberty lore to a greater extent.
