Liberty's monopol on new pilots

I like this idea. It suits my needs greatly

the [//rp change] I don't like.

the "Starting System" is 50/50

but i truly like the idea of just choosing where to go.

Too refitting new players with different ships according to there location is a great idea. My only peeve is would liberty's flea be upgraded? If were going to give newbies more powerful ships then why not doing it for all systems. It may cause a gap in liberty. And liberty is my biggest market.
