Alex Connor, I am Rosamunde Velasquez, the First's recruitment officer. With the current tensions we are trying to diffuse, having someone born on Planet Erie join our ranks couldn't have been timed better. You are hereby accepted to the Liberty Navy First Armada and are assigned the rank of Cadet.

You are to report to West Point, your initial duties will be assisting Zoner vessels in Liberty House space, explaining the law changes and protecting them during escorts to legal space due to your background.
