Jump Hole Generators deployment questions

Thanks for the great answers! I still have a few more questions:

- 'the exit is semi-randomized' - What does that mean? Can I determine the target system and inside the system the placement of the hole is random? Or I have absolutely no control over even the target system?
- Are 'Uncharted' systems valid for jump holes? I'd love to visit them even for a weekend event and make some RP out of it. Since there's not much inside I don't see much room for powergaming. Just some exploration like in the old days If I remember correctly the whole purpose of the Uncharteds was to have events in them so it doesn't feel out of place but you tell me.

1) Like I said, there was never a list to go from. My feeling is that the semi-random element would have been something along the lines of 'Can anything come of this?' ie if the JH appeared in the same system it started in, then probably another roll of the dice would have happened.

2) I believe 'Uncharteds' are becoming viable with the next Update, so I can't see why not. But that would have to be a decision that the Admins/Devs would have to make.
