IFF doesn't list liberty as an enemy in my F8 of who is enemy of zoner or outworld assembly.
SO for an RP suggestion. go ahead and make it known, anyone in Liberty not bending a knee to Liberty is now an enemy of Liberty. Liberty Congress has now voted to rename to space, the People's republic of liberty, or maybe the 4th Reich
