What about i wanna make missions for it and when a bunch of fighters NPCs appear, well, you will be eaten in scraps

You shoot and kill them with Battlecruiser primaries, which are more akin to really beefy Cruiser prims than they are similar to Battleship prims.

I hope at least Primaries have better Rate of Fire and more speedy, cause anything farther than 1000 like a bomber or fighter is kinda hard to even land a hit, consider about players who are on the other part of the world playing the server who don't have ~10ms of Ping about it

one (1) high powered missile is going to render battlecruisers entirely useless by destroying their regen, shields, and movement speed at the same time

At the moment of writing, it takes 6,000,000 explosion damage to destroy the front section of a Corsair Battlecruiser. That is 1,438,000 more damage than the ship has total health. It also would require the ship to be hit -- frontally, of course -- by 43 Marauders or 57 Devastators. These ships have flaks. Explosion damage is useful for softening up components or finishing off components with very low health remaining, but is basically never going to fully destroy a component on a Battlecruiser on its own.
TL;DR: You are aggressively wrong. It may be an idea to reserve judgement for after you try the class.

For now i hope the following:
Needed to Fix:
- Torpedos Splash Damage (Fix that thing, a torpedo doing 100% of damage without land a shot is kinda crazy ¬¬ there should be a 50 to 75% of damage reduction on the spash damage to compensate, so where it hits it packs the serious punch)

- More secondaries for Battlecrusiers, cause only 2 Flaks against heavy ordnance when you can't turn back, well, is gonna be incredible hard to evade since not even 3-4 Battlecrusier Flaks can do it properly, and what about the ship designs? will the Dev and Art Team will remake every ship? is gonna be "Gross" we keep seeing the "Slots that should be there but are removed for uknown reasons" like it happened with the Liberty Atlantis Carrier where you can see the spots of "Missing Gun/Equipment placement" ... is kinda weird, at least you could make the Modules like Cloak device, shields, or something visible on that spots to "Justify" the placement, along with a Health boost so one missile or torpedo don't blow them up ... maybe increase from 10 to 12 guns on battlecrusiers, some of them are kinda large, and some will look pretty bad like the Outcast Battlecrusier and Rheinland Battlecrusier which them are bulkier than ever, even the Interdictor and London Interdictor ... (Consider seriously put 12 turrets instead of 10, cause we are actually loosing much more than you belive)

But I really expect you fixed the damn DOCKING LIGHT from the Gallic Battlecrusier that have not been fixed yet ...
