Agreed, when you have a clear +reasonably easily intercepted route in the active unlawful area the profit can't just be "standard" event design-wise. Funny thing is Liberty Unlawfuls have Shikoku Zoi, so there was not much point protecting the route - they just dodged us lawfuls and went there. Profit needs to be bigger in the finish please Smile
