Sorry for the final day delay in this event. I had an emergency that took me to the other side of my country.

Seeing as Pueblo is near completed their repairs, they only need a few more so are paying top credit for the supplies. On the other hand Medical supplies are starting to run low, so they are costing more to import in. Thus making them more valuable to the other end.

This will be in affect as of the server restart and will finish the following restart on Tuesday 15th Aug 0900 UTC.
