Alvin Reed, I am Rosamunde Velasquez, the First's recruitment officer. We need more people in the 1st Armada with ties to the Navy, so you will have lots of time to prepare and avenge your father, god rest his soul, numerous times I would imagine. You are hereby accepted to the Liberty Navy First Armada and are assigned the rank of Cadet.

You are to report to West Point, your initial duties will be to report to Captain Libby Harrison who will show you the ropes and get you kitted out with everything you need.
