Salutations James,

I have been instructed by Admiral Van-Leer to conduct this conversation with you, regarding this defecting Insurgence vessel.

The Admiral has instructed me to get things moving as quickly as possible, and make sure the crew of this vessel are supplied with the necessary supplies needed.
There is also of course the necessity to secure the crew into custody for debriefing and also to find out their intentions aswell. We would need to send a task force to escort the vessel to a more secure location and impound the vessel under heavy guard. This can be done at Norfolk Shipyard, where there will be enough secure bays for the vessel to be guarded constantly by some of our Officers and Shipyard security.

This operation would have to include a heavy convoy of Armada vessels who will make sure the Insurgence vessel is safe on the Journey to Norfolk.

Seeing as you were the main point of contact Ensign, I would like you to reach out to the vessel and explain our desire to talk and to send supplies under a heavy escort so that we can secure the vessel into Armada custody and also inform them where we intend to take it, and when we can do this without any hitches.

Please further contact me, about the answer you receive from the vessel, and we can arrange your supplies and also the heavy convoy to coincide.

Once you have made further contact, I will personally speak to the Captain of the vessel immdeiately.
