I wish to inform you that Fort Lune has changed hands around two years ago. In that time it has been completely re-modelled and retrofitted and serves as the Headquarters of the Gallic Navy Combined Fleet. We request you update the registry and request waiving of licence fees as they would be coming from the Union's budget regardless.

Do you plan on subcontracting the resupplying of your base? If yes, to whom?: The Gendarmerie are tasked with the supply and protection of all Naval bases, this is not an exception. They are supplemented by Gallic corporations from time to time.
