Network radar showed a ship transiting Leeds. He was hailed through Network Comms to state his ID, IFF and intent. He failed to reply. He was observed entering Dublin via the Jump Hole. Regrettably, we lost contact soon after entering Dublin.

Conclusion:
► This was not a verified trader and no scan was made of said ship. The fact that they failed to respond to a lawful request for ID, IFF and Intent plus choosing to enter Dublin after being requested for information makes this a suspicious contact.
