Finally... My wish came true.

Also I agree that it doesn't make much sense to have it on a Kusarian BC, when there's a massive Wild base right in Zurich. At least for now, if there's indeed some planned change.
It is kinda a waste that gunboats are not usable. And of course the House gunboats as said previously. I suggest to review this.
Edit: Yes, I did not read fully. My bad. My point on Houses' gunboats remains however
