About until the heat death of the universe. The docking handicaps (docking time, having to stand still, losing shields and inability to use regens) were made specifically in an attempt to make 'pvp docking' hard, not always doable but very rewarding to do so. If they're found to be too easy, more restrictions will be added, easy knob being the docking time being extended. Beatings will continue until morale improves :]
