Following this Executive Order: "Nobility", and its members, are not "noble" anymore. All former nobles are not only considered supporters of Royalists, but are also to be followed and surveilled constantly by the Gallic National Intelligence. All assets (financial, estate, ships, and more goods are to be seized by the Gallic Navy).

It has been years, but an X.O. was never executed.

This Executive Order (Ordre Éxécutif, ou Ordonnance) is immediate.
