• What do you want the faction to focus on in the next few months:
  I plan on trying to involve as many factions within Rheinland as possible in the geopolitical landscape which will shake out as a result of the new patch. I see our current goals as rebuilding the fleet, controlling internal unrest, and securing trade with Bretonia and Gallia (hopefully without alienating one because of the other).
  
  
• How can this faction help you develop your character(s):
  Dirk will be a starry-eyed pilot who may be corrupted or hardened by his service and ascension through the ranks. Beist will take on an adjutant role to Henze, which means a varied mix of assignments, but less of the regular routine of the RM.
  Henze will continue spinning his plots and strategies, and this time I'm trying to involve a more comprehensive dispositional system to actually see how good he is at doing so.

• events (fleet combat, area defense, capture the flag, etc.): 10 (duh)
