I, too, want a refund for every ship that has been changed ever since I have bought it. Because that makese sense.

How many of those ships cost 15 billion?

The value of all the battleships I have is greater than 15 billions. I should demand refunds, too, since I don't like the changes.

A singular asset costing 15 billion vs however many battleships there are?

Have the battleships been stopped in their primary function? For example, do they no longer fire guns? (Pretty sure that's a primary function of a battleship?)

Can Barges no longer fly around?

No... they can't.
