Ok, now I am really curious about this.
Where does it explain how BH were used by Zoners as troops?
Considering that Zoners strive to maintain a neutrality with all factions I would expect the "troops" to be used would be based on the location. If the location was Kappa then the "troops" would comprise of Order, Corsair, and Bounty Hunter. Zoners would wield any force they could against an entity that was attempting to take over their planet.

The location was Omega-49, Planet Grand Canaria, months ago. It was several Harvesters against a mixed fleet of Zoners and Bounty Hunters.

In my opinion the zoners abandoned Gammu and it was later rediscovered by the corsairs who left it as it was themselves. Why would anyone want a planet so filled with radiation that human life cannot survive there for long periods of time? It's a planet maintained by, protected by, aligned to, and owned by Robots as far as im concerned. The only reason it's aligned to zoners is because "Robots" arent an NPC faction, yet.
