Planet Erie, Pennsylvania - A resounding clash shattered the already fragile peace that had lingered for years in the Pennsylvania system since its occupation. Emerging from a prolonged period of inactivity in space with rumors of ground activity, the Zoner rebels known as "Pennsylvania Liberation Front" orchestrated a meticulously planned lightning raid. The raid appeared to have the goal of causing as much destruction as possible, as only guarding spacecraft were targeted. Their audacious assault sent shockwaves throughout the system, leaving a trail of debris in its wake. In a display of unprecedented bravery or perhaps desperation, the Zoner rebels launched a surprise attack on Erie's orbit, targeting and annihilating several of Liberty's prized Battlecruisers. This unexpected victory underscored the rebels' determination, catching even the seasoned Liberty Navy officials off guard.
