Announcement: House Governments

As a lot of replies has been posted; please let me add my questions which have been edited (to add new questions), as a member of one of these Governments, it is my duty to make things clearer so that I can relay, and edit the rules governing our modus operandi (since we welcome all factions about the House in the government (while following the rules, naturally))

• I believe we can still function the way we are (i.e: having unofficial factions also giving their position on the decisions before posting - while still respecting the rules, I insist on this as I have received wrong reports about how "we" "didn't" and let certain players "do what they want" - if needed for the staff, I can show you the entire logs, and testimonies of each members, but know that we convene on another platform (which does not make evidences impossible to be considered as such (i.e. recording).), correct?
  
• Since each post will be overseen by a staff member (I would also like to know the specifics of such things please, so that I can relay it to the government properly as well), or how far will it go?
  
• Also, how about licenses-giving? They fall into this overseeing operations as well? Such as, say, an innocuous request about a Matrix for a Freelancer? Or a Bustard-class into Gallia?
  
• We have the Executive Orders, which gives "orders" (to fit with the military roleplay the Gallic Union goes for), how would this affect this, since they are designed to be distributed to the population as fast as possible (such as newly-discovered threat being publicized online (think about how this is widespread in the world, and how they appear in real-life, this was very much an example that fits for when COVID-19 was at it's "peak" (it's still here))
  

I am also afraid of requests being delayed unnecessarily because of this. Licenses-giving is a system we have went for, after convening with the Assembly, and ruled it as the new approach for the Government. Therefore, I am afraid this will make license-giving a lot more difficult, and slow. If you can revise this, by, I don't know, allowing members of the government to allow said license giving, then, make the government account edit it after
