Lieutenant Williams, you'll most likely be frequently requested to participate in several search-and-rescue, cargo interdiction, and hazardous cargo handling operations, especially after the recent debacle in the Earhart system. I hope you're ready for the undertaking.

Lieutenant Marshall, the Defiant is an adequate escort vessel, capable of dealing with Cruisers in some situations, but always assume the enemy has backup enroute.
