War with Hogosha would also mean war with Corsairs as you would cease to be useful to them.

Ahm nope. We would easily find a Replacement for the Hogosha. Maybe the Junkers? Or someone else. Also the Artifact Trade is only a Side Hussle for Orbital, it is not our Main Business. But it is the Main business for Hogosha. So we would be hurt sure, but it would not be as Devastating for us as it would be for Hogosha.

And as you said there is no Altruism, so it wouldn't make any sense for us to fund the Competition by doing business with them so they can buy more Liners.

It would even make sense for us to Hire GC or the Blood Dragon and Pay them a Nice Bounty for Every Amaterasu that they Destroy. Or should I say help to have an Accident?

okay another Reminder that Hogosha is DEPENDANT ON ORBITAL. One of the Main surce of income if not THE Main surce of Income for Hogosha is the ARTIFACT Trade on the Hawaii. If we would Simply Forbidd them to Trade with Artifacts on our Liner then you would be BANCRUPT in no time.
