Bug:

Ships get stuck in conn without option to return. This has happened to [SKR]RNC-Gepard, L\-'Cucaracha', and L\-Katalia.Luna. All have been manually beamed out now.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Have a ship docked on New Haven after using /conn

Unsure how to reproduce, however an elegant fix would be to have return default to the station in Transit, if no other location can be found?
